Our founder Colleen (Callie) Larson started her career in sales, achieving national recognition with two major service firms, before joining the Calgary branch of a multi-national employment agency. Leading an impressive list of accomplishments was the confidence expressed by the Chairman of that corporation, calling on Colleen for her assistance with critical executive recruitment assignments across North America. After ranking among their top ten permanent recruiters worldwide for eight consecutive years and as number one for one year, Colleen left and Larson & Associates was born. Colleen’s keen insight and unrivaled professional service ensure that Larson & Associates generates exceptional results for our clients and candidates.
2004 heralded an expansion to Saskatoon, where Carol Giesinger, Manager Business Development, spearheaded our firm's introduction to this dynamic community, developing lasting partnerships with some of the city's preferred employers. Carol has a distinguished background rich in quality client service, management, and administration and is an active community volunteer, notably with the Canadian Cancer Society and as a Crew Leader each summer during the Habitat for Humanity builds.
